On your first visit, I’ll meet you in the lobby and bring you up to my office. We will sit and talk for a few minutes to determine what our session will look like, understanding what is showing up today creates a clear intention for the work. When we are ready, you get on my massage table fully clothed. I introduce your system to my system with a light touch and we progress from there. You are in charge. I encourage you to give feedback as we move through our session. Sessions are 75-minutes. During our Zoom or phone session we will: Listen to your body to identify which areas need attention Connect with your energy to facilitate healing Learn to support your nervous system, especially when stressed Tap into your body’s inner wisdom Distance work is preferred by some of my clients, as it gives you easy access to a relaxing and calm environment directly after our session. No need to get in the car and drive home!
